  • Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the email receipt.

  • Items must be in their brand-new, unused condition and original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. By placing an order on WinPosture , you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to WinPosture.

We do not provide return labels or pay for return shipping. Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer.
